Changes to eZmax Menus and Report Names ​

This is the list of changes that will appear in the eZmax Admin platform ​

Changes to Menus and Menu Items ​

• The order to the menus on the menu bar has changed.

• The Config menu will be eliminated. Items that were in the Config menu have been moved to other menus.

• The Favorites menu will have reports that are typical/frequently used to complete month end activities, fiscal year end activities and trust audit activities. Those reports will also appear in the Reports menu.

• The order of the menu items and on the menu bar has been rearranged to have items used more frequently appear first or near the top of the list. Menu items that are used to set up or configure have been moved to the Configuration section at the end of each menu.

• "List of" has been removed for all menu items that started with "List of". Example. List of Required Document is now Required Documents; List of Lawyers is now Lawyers

• "Agent/Sub-Franchisee" will be changed to "Agent"

• "Monthly invoicing" is now named "Reoccurring Invoicing"

Changes to Reports and Report Names

All reports will be moved to a new menu called Reports. The Reports menu will be organized into sections to help find a report faster.

  • Agent Reports
  • Office Reports
  • Payroll Reports
  • Financial Reports
  • FINTRAC Reports
  • Charts

Some of the reports will have new names. The new name will better identify what the report will show once it is generated. A series of Online Documentation articles have been created, organized by Report menu section, which will provide:

FUTURE CHANGES ​

Online Documentation will be renamed to Knowledge Base

  • The Knowledge Base will be part of the Help Centre
  • The Help Centre will include
    • Knowledge Base
    • Video Tutorials
    • eZmax Message
