Financial Reports
Accounts Payable Reports
A/P Report
Displays the aging of the accounts payable by suppliers up to a selected period. This report may also be referred to as the Accounts Payable Aging Report.
Purchase Report
Displays all the purchases that have been entered in the system for a selected period.
Payment Preparation Report
Displays payment preparations for a selected payment method and a selected period. The detailed version of the report will also display all the details of what has been paid via the payment preparation, for example: commission calculations, deductions, invoices, purchases, etc.
Accounts Receivable Reports**
A/R Report
Displays the aging of the accounts receivable by agent/client up to a selected period.
Invoicing Report
Displays invoicing that has been billed to the agents/clients for a selected period.
Supply Sales Report
Displays supplies invoiced or to be invoiced to agents/clients from the "Express Supply Invoicing" module (pencils) up to a selected period.
Non-Invoiced Variable Costs Report
Displays purchases by agents/clients that will be invoiced up to a selected period. Items showing on this report are added using the "New Purchase" module (shopping cart).
Deposit Report
Displays deposit activity per bank account within a selected period.
Client Information Report
Displays the client's profile's information. More specifically:
• General and contact information
• Recurring charges
Scan Usage Report
Previously named: Scan Access Report
Displays invoicing to agents for scan usage.
Financial Statements - Reports
Balance Sheet
Previously named: Financial Statement (new)
Displays a financial statement that reports the company’s assets, liabilities and shareholders’ equity at a selected period. It is a financial statement that provides a snapshot of what a brokerage owns and owes, as well as the amount invested by shareholders.
Income Statement (Profit and Loss)
Previously named: Financial Statement (new)
The income statement is also known as the profit and loss (P&L). An income statement is a financial statement that shows you the company's income and expenditures. It also shows whether a company is making profit or loss for a given period.
Trial Balance
Previously named: GL Report
Displays a list of balances of all General Ledger accounts of the company at a certain point in time.
It is primarily used to identify the balance of debits and credits entries from the transactions recorded in the General Ledger at a selected period.
Budget Management
Allows the brokerage to set a budget per GL for a selected period. The budgeted amounts can be displayed on the income statement for comparison purposes.
General Ledger - Reports
**GL Report
Displays a list of balances of all General Ledger accounts of the company at a certain point in time.
It is primarily used to identify the balance of debits and credits entries from the transactions recorded in the General Ledger at a selected period.
**Journal Entries Report
Displays a list of all journal entries for a selected period.
**Subledger Accounts Report - Report of Commission Receivable vs Deposits
The subledger report identifies discrepancies which will need to be reviewed in order to balance the transaction.
Details of the deposits and the commission calculation and any outstanding commission payable or receivable amount; sorted by address. Examples of scenarios that will lead to transactions being displayed on that report:
• A deposit was entered but no commission calculation was completed.
• A commission calculation was processed without entering a deposit.
• A remaining penny on a transaction due to rounding.
• A partial payout was done on the transaction (e.g. new builds).
**Subledger Accounts Report - Commission Payable Report
The subledger report identifies discrepancies which will need to be reviewed in order to balance the transaction.
Details of financial activities on a specific transaction which includes the commission payable amount and payee; sorted by address. Examples of scenarios that will lead to transactions being displayed on that report:
• A commission calculation was completed and no payment was made to agent;
• A commission calculation was completed and an over/under payment was processed to agent/external;
• A partial payout was done on the transaction (e.g. new builds).
**Subledger Accounts Report - Commission Advances Report - Agent
The subledger report identifies discrepancies which will need to be reviewed in order to balance the transaction.
Displays a list of all commission advances (brokerage or discounter) that are processed in a transaction and are outstanding. If the advance comes from a discounter, the amount will be the same on the Commission Advances Report – Agent and the Commission Advances Report – Discounters.
**Subledger Accounts Report - Commission Advances Report - Discounters
The subledger report identifies discrepancies which will need to be reviewed in order to balance the transaction.
Displays a list of all commission advances (discounter only) that are processed in a transaction and are outstanding. If the advance comes from a discounter, the amount will be the same on the Commission Advances Report – Agent and the Commission Advances Report – Discounters.
