Difference between a Personal Folder and a Shared Folder

When you are part of a user group, you can create 2 types of folders: personal folders and shared folders.

• Personal folders: Only the creator of the folder will be able to access them.

• Shared folders : All members of the user group who have access to this type of shared folders will be able to access it.

Only the eZsign account administrator can create or edit folder types and user groups.
